You will mainly communicate via email, with occasional phone contact, and build long-term relationships with your customers by understanding their needs and anticipating potential challenges. This role requires a structured approach, attention to detail, and the ability to switch quickly between tasks in a dynamic environment. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction and the reliability of the overall supply chain.

What will you bring?

  • MBO4, HBO degree or equivalent level of thinking and working
  • Proven experience in customer service or order management (order-to-cash)
  • Native or fluent Italian and professional level English
  • Experience with SAP (mandatory) and preferably Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience with managing a customer portfolio
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints effectively

You will be working within an internationally operating organization focused on professional food solutions, serving clients across sectors such as hospitality, foodservice, and industry.
